  The Berwick Academy L.E.A.D. (Leadership, Education, Adventure, Development) program is a powerful Counselor-in-Training (CIT) experience for teens ages 13–16. This immersive 5-week program equips participants with essential leadership skills, hands-on camp counseling experience, and the confidence to lead. Through a mix of training, community building activities, and real-world responsibilities, teens build lasting connections and prepare to become impactful leaders and future camp counselors.

  This dynamic outdoor adventure camp at Berwick Academy, designed for students in grades 4-8. Set on our beautiful 80-acre campus with access to expansive trails and woods, this program immerses campers in nature while fostering leadership, teamwork, and community spirit. Campers engage in outdoor activities, skill-building challenges, and educational adventures, including local hikes, outdoor art projects, wildlife study, and survival skills. The program emphasizes environmental stewardship, personal growth, and hands-on learning, all within a supportive and fun environment. With a focus on adventure and leadership, Trailblazers inspires campers to push boundaries, explore the outdoors, and develop essential life skills while building lasting friendships. Perfect for those who love adventure, this camp encourages campers to become leaders in their communities and embrace the great outdoors.
