Berwick Academy offers a range of after-school programs throughout the school year. With varying offerings each trimester, there is something for everyone looking to extend their child's school day. As the school year winds down, our Spring Trimester Enrichment Programs are ramping up! From frisbee and coding to outdoor adventures and marine science, we provide incredible opportunities for students to explore new passions and create lasting memories.

Spring Enrichment Highlights For Middle School:

Spin & Soar Frisbee Academy (Grades 4-8)
Mondays | 3:15-5:00 PM
Join Michael Kelley for action-packed games like Kan Jam, Frisbee Golf, and Ultimate Frisbee. Participants will receive their own Ultimate Frisbee!

Minecraft Coding & Challenges (Grades 4-8)
Tuesdays | 3:15-5:00 PM
Create, code, and explore in Minecraft EDU! Build structures, design games, and team up for survival challenges using Code Builder.

Taekwondo Foundations: Strength, Focus & Fun (Grades 1-6)
Thursdays | 3:15-5:00 PM
Build confidence and discipline through beginner-friendly Taekwondo lessons with black belt instructor Aliya Boisvert.

Spark Sessions: Weekly Workshops (Grades 5-8)
Every Wednesday | 3:15-5:00 PM | $35 per drop-in
Hands-on, creative adventures every week! From slime-making to rocket launches, students explore new STEM concepts in a fun setting. Low commitment, extraordinary fun!

Maine Marine Masters (Grades 5-8)
Fridays | 3:15-5:00 PM
Explore marine science through whale watching, fishing trips, and tidal pool exploration with expert Kevin.

Wild Explorers: Outdoor Skills & Community Adventures (Grades 5-8)
Fridays | 3:15-5:00 PM
An introduction to our summer Trailblazers program! Students will learn outdoor survival skills and participate in community-building projects. More workshops coming soon—stay tuned!

Junior Roboticists: Early Coding Adventures (PreK-1st Grade)
Mondays | 4/7, 4/14, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19

Explore coding, robotics, and problem-solving through fun, screen-free activities like Bee-Bot challenges and interactive storytelling!

RoboExplorers: Create, Engineer, Discover! (Grades 1-4)
Tuesdays | 3:15-5:00 PM
A 7-week robotics adventure where kids will build and take home their own robot!

Sages Weekly Workshops (Wednesdays)
  • STEAM Stories (Grades K-3) – 4/9 | Bring a story to life through hands-on challenges.
  • Discover the Magic! (Grades K-4) – 4/23 | A mix of magic, crafts, and social-emotional learning.
  • Solve the Cube (Grades 1-4) – 4/30 | Learn to master the 2x2 Rubik’s Cube!
  • Blast Off into Space! (Grades K-4) – 5/14 | A space-themed adventure with fun activities.
