Upper School athletics afford every student the opportunity to participate while providing a highly competitive experience for those who may choose to pursue athletics in college. Our Varsity level teams and expert coaching staff allow student-athletes to hone their skills and take their play to the next level.

EIL Member Schools

Berwick Academy is a member of the prestigious Eastern Independent League (EIL). The EIL provides student-athletes the opportunity for rigorous competition with schools of similar size and athletic philosophy. The EIL's eleven members compete in the New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC). Berwick also plays other NEPSAC opponents including: Groton School, Middlesex School, Brooks School, Phillips Exeter Academy, Phillips Andover Academy, St. Mark’s School, Dexter Southfield School, Belmont Hill School, Choate Rosemary Hall, Proctor Academy, Governor’s Academy, Holderness School, Kimball Union Academy, St. Paul’s School
