In our state-of-the-art commercial test kitchen, young chefs will craft delicious handheld treats under the guidance of expert Berwick Academy FLIK chefs while mastering essential kitchen techniques. With outdoor play and activities coordinated by Berwick Summer Programs, this camp offers the perfect mix of hands-on learning, creativity, and summer fun!

Get ready to chop, mix, and create in Handheld Foods Bonanza, where every dish is designed to be as fun to eat as it is to make! In our modern, certified kitchen, young chefs will team up with expert FLIK chefs to craft a delicious lineup of handheld favorites—from savory bites to sweet treats.
With hands-on instruction, exciting challenges, and plenty of tasting opportunities, campers will sharpen their skills in flavor, technique, and presentation. Whether mastering the perfect sandwich, assembling gourmet wraps, or crafting flaky pastries, each session is packed with creativity, teamwork, and kitchen confidence.
