This year, we’re excited to provide a half-day BASE Camp option, allowing families to extend their child’s experience to a full day. Get ready for a week of fun, mindfulness, and connection at Yoga & Mindfulness Adventure Camp! Each day is an exciting journey into mindful movement, social-emotional learning (SEL) concepts, and calming practices. Campers will dive into hands-on nature crafts, laugh and bond through interactive games, enjoy engaging storytelling, and build lasting friendships through community activities.
What to Wear:
Come dressed for adventure and movement! Wear comfortable clothes that let you stretch, move, and play with ease—shorts under skirts or dresses are a great idea. Layer up to stay cozy as temperatures change, and don’t forget sturdy walking shoes or sneakers for active games and outdoor fun in the courtyard. Join us for an unforgettable experience where movement meets mindfulness and fun takes center stage!
Requirements: A signed waiver form is required for all participants. Registered campers will be sent this waiver prior to the start of program.
