Faculty: Potential Long Term Substitute - Sixth Grade Humanities

Berwick Academy, a PK-PG co educational day school located in South Berwick, Maine seeks a long term substitute for Sixth Grade Social Studies and English. Due to a sensitive matter involving one of our teachers, we are uncertain of the exact timeline of this need, but we anticipate that some coverage will be necessary throughout the fall, and potentially into the winter.

A qualified candidate will show a strong evidence of exceptional teaching and a keen understanding of the developmental needs of Middle School students. The ability to foster positive relationships with students, an interest in collaboration with colleagues, and the skills needed for productive communication with families are also integral to this position.  Interested candidates should email a resume, cover letter, and contact information for three references to Ryan Feeley, Assistant Head of School for Academic Affairs at rfeeley@berwickacademy.org.
