Short-Handed Bulldogs Drop Game to Lee

Staff
ON Wednesday, Berwick suited up six healthy varsity players while adding two JV players before losing to Lee Academy.
The under-manned Bulldogs fought hard but did not have enough in the end. With only nine minutes remaining, BA was down by just two points with possession, however they could not convert to tie or take the lead. That missed opportunity would come back to bite them as the Lee Pandas slowly pulled away to victory.

JV players Rowan Pope and Ebbin Perkins would add needed depth and energy in the game. Pope provided a physical presence while Perkins was able to get in the scorebook, making his first attempted three pointer. Both Brisbane Labarre-Gurski would come off the bench and Greg Leggett, getting his first start, would each score from three.
