Thank you for your interest in supporting this exceptional school.
Dear Berwick Community,
Berwick Academy has a long tradition of philanthropy that began when the Chadbourne family created a land grant to establish the Academy in 1791, making it the oldest secondary school in Maine. Thanks to the generous support of donors like you, the school has been able to advance its mission of providing “virtue and useful knowledge among the rising generations” for 227 years.
Berwick’s vision is to become nationally known for providing a unique experience of excellence at a school that promotes the seacoast values of humility, balance, and authenticity.
The school continues to need your support to provide an excellent experience to its students by providing the highest quality teaching staff, facilities, and program.
Our history of philanthropy continues and we encourage your participation. We have a robust annual giving program - The Berwick Fund - that is critical to providing the Berwick experience to our students. Our commitment to building the endowment in order to ensure that Berwick is able to continue to serve many generations to come also needs your support. Thank you for your investment in and commitment to Berwick Academy. This truly is a remarkable place.
