Program Description:
Tuesday, June 10 – Whales, Dolphins, and Seals, Oh My!
Learn about marine mammals in the Gulf of Maine and the Seacoast Science Center’s efforts to protect them. We’ll conduct a mock seal rescue on the shoreline, play outdoor games, and explore hands-on activities with bones, baleen, and more!
Wednesday, June 11 – Sharks and Ocean Predators
Investigate the amazing senses sharks and other ocean predators use to find and catch their prey. View live exhibits of Chain catsharks and make a shark tooth necklace. Enjoy predator/prey games at the State Park.
Thursday, June 12 – Super Science Experiments!
Get hands-on with gooey, slimy, and weird experiments as we explore the Scientific Method. Learn what tools scientists use to make discoveries!
